My journey into the software industry began at age 12 when learned to program by typing in pages and pages of listings from various computer-hobbyist magazines. It was only natural to make software development my career so I attended the University of Cincinnati and earned a degree in Computer Science. After graduation, I joined an environmental engineering company doing work for the EPA. That was followed by a 20+ year consulting career where I have worked with companies in a variety of industries like Automotive, Financial, Insurance, and Retail. My last consulting engagement brought me back to the Enterprise. I eventually joined the Architecture team and help deliver a digital-media platform for a Fortune 20 company. Today I work as an instructor for a leading coding boot camp. Our mission is to help students start a career as Software Developers. Outside of work, I enjoy my family, photography, and movies.
